We’re honored to offer our mountain cabin in Lansing, North Carolina to the Foxhole community. As a military family—our son is an active duty infantry officer—we deeply respect the service and sacrifices made by those in uniform. It’s a privilege to be able to support you with a space that’s peaceful, private, and fully equipped for both rest and recovery.
Our cabin sits tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the essentials: a fully stocked kitchen, fast broadband WiFi (45/45 Mbps), a cozy indoor fireplace, Roku TV, washer/dryer, and more. We also keep it supplied with fresh linens, basic toiletries, coffee, spices, and cleaning products—just the way we’d want it if we were traveling.
Outside, you’ll enjoy mountain views from the porch, a fire pit for cool evenings, a grill for family meals, and easy access to local trails, fishing spots, and nearby towns like West Jefferson. Whether you’re taking leave, spending time with family, or just need a weekend away, we hope our home provides the comfort and quiet you’re looking for.
